These Terms set out the basis on which EMobile Valeting provides mobile car valeting, detailing and related services across Derby, Nottingham and the East Midlands. By booking with us you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide fully mobile car valeting, steam cleaning, mould removal, convertible top treatment, engine bay cleaning, window cleaning and fleet valeting. We travel to your home, workplace or another agreed location and bring our own equipment and water supply.
Bookings and quotes
Any price we give before seeing the vehicle is an estimate. The final price depends on the size, condition and requirements of your vehicle and will be confirmed before work begins. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed time and location.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work, once you are satisfied with the result. We accept cash and bank transfer.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling 07500 772156 or emailing info@emobilevaleting.com so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Our standards
We take pride in our work and inspect every finished vehicle with you where possible. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please tell us straight away and we will do our best to put it right.
Liability and insurance
EMobile Valeting is fully insured. We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects or wear, or for items left inside the vehicle. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Your responsibilities
- Remove any valuables and personal items from the vehicle before we arrive.
- Let us know in advance of any damage, modifications or sensitive areas we should be aware of.
- Provide access to the vehicle and, where needed, a standard outdoor water tap.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
