Do You Need a Driveway for Mobile Valeting?

You do not necessarily need a driveway for mobile valeting. A safe, accessible parking space is enough, and that includes many on-street spots and workplace car parks. People without a driveway often assume mobile valeting is not for them, but because we arrive fully self-contained, all we really need is somewhere we can work around the car safely.

What we actually need

The requirement is simple: a parking space where the car can sit while we work, with enough room to open the doors and move around it. A driveway is perfect, but it is far from the only option. As long as the car is somewhere we can access it safely and legally, the valet can usually go ahead.

No driveway? No problem

There are plenty of workable options.

• On-street parking outside your home, where it is safe and permitted.
• A space in a residents or flat car park.
• Your workplace car park while you are at work.
• A nearby car park, by arrangement.

We are fully self-contained

There are a couple of sensible things to check. On-street, the spot needs to be safe to work in, not on a busy road or where parking is restricted at that time. In a shared or flat car park, it is worth checking there are no rules against it.
